Southwest-facing bowl fully protected from north through southeast swells. South-southwest hits at full strength, with south and southwest following at near-full power. West through west-northwest wrap in with moderate to high energy. The bay's shape can focus energy near Seal Rock, creating stronger currents and surge than the beach entry suggests.
