Southeast-facing reef off Key Largo. The Keys chain blocks north and west swells completely, while northeast through south Atlantic swells arrive at full strength. Reef structure provides some wave attenuation at depth, but shallow sections get surgy. South-southwest energy wraps in with moderate force.
